Vienna City Library
The Vienna Library in the Vienna City Hall collects, preserves, and makes accessible Vienna's written cultural heritage. Its extensive holdings, education services and exhibitions make it a place for academic research, a meeting place for writers, and a space for discourse for anyone interested in Vienna's history.
In addition to the library rooms, the two current exhibitions are also open to the public during the 'ORF Long Night of Museums' – ‘The heat these days is becoming almost unbearable. Weather in the collections of the Vienna Library’ and ’Family life is an intrusion into private life. The family of satirist Karl Kraus’.
