In addition to varied exhibitions, there are many exciting and special events on offer. Visitors can choose their personal highlights from the rich offer on hand and visit all participating locations and events with just one ticket.

The ORF is initiating this cultural event for the 20th time. Around 700 museums and galleries are involved this year and will open their doors from 6 pm to 1 am.
 

Tickets and booklets

Tickets available at: tickets.ORF.at (from the beginning of August to the end of September)

Tickets and booklets are available at all participating locations in advance sales (from September) and on the day of the event at the Treffpunkt Museum, which is set up in each state capital.

  

Entrancee fees

Regular tickets cost € 15,— and reduced tickets € 12,— (for pupils, students, senior citizens, disabled persons, Ö1 and ÖAMTC Club members, and for males in their obligatory term of military or civilian service).

Regional tickets cost € 6,— and entitle you to enter the regional museums.

Free admission for children age 12 years and under.

 

This was the “Long Night” 2018

For the 19th time the ORF Long Night of Museums, launched on the initiative of ORF marketing, took place throughout Austria and in parts of Slovenia, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Germany (Lindau im Bodensee). On Saturday, October 6th of 2018, from 6 pm to 1 am, more than 700 museums, galleries and cultural institutions presented their collections and exhibitions and offered a diverse program.
