The historic doors of Kattus Sparkling Wine Cellars will open for the ‘ORF Long Night of Museums’ inviting you to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of Viennese sparkling wine. Experienced cellar masters Andreas Fuchs and Herbert Pratsch, who has worked for Kattus for over 40 years, will guide you personally through the traditional cellars, offering insights into the art of bottle fermentation. A new short film that brings the history, philosophy and passion behind the craft to life will be shown for the first time in the in-house cinema. Enjoy an evening full of history, craftsmanship, and sparkling discoveries!
