Brennpunkt° – Museum of Heating Customs
Learn about the social and historical transformation of heating culture in the everyday life of a large city through unique objects and experience the new room ‘Energy of the Future – the Future of Energy’. Everyone is invited to take part in the experimental workshops powered by Science Pool and to try out the interactive games. Listen, learn, participate, wonder, enjoy!
HIGHLIGHT TOURS (FROM 6 PM)
Every half hour, you can experience the highlights of the Brennpunkt° permanent exhibition and the new room ‘Energy of the Future – the Future of Energy’ on a tour. You can also participate in the interactive games: Bring water to a boil using your muscle power, and try out much more.
CHILDREN'S SPECIAL – ‘ENERGY FROM THE COLD’ (FROM 6.30 PM)
Also taking place every half hour, this can be combined with the museum tour. The workshop is all about carbon dioxide. CO2 can be frozen and is then called ‘dry ice’ – it is much colder than water ice and does not melt. Learn what dry ice can do from the Science Pool science educators!
