Museum of Nerdities
The Museum of Nerdities takes visitors on a STEM journey through the natural sciences, with great workshops. You can also marvel at unique objects from the world of high technology. All of the exhibits encourage visitors to try things out and get involved!
RUBEN’S TUBE (HOURLY)
The Ruben’s Tube is used to visualise standing sound waves and produce sounds in combination with a theremin.
WIND TUNNEL (HOURLY)
Skill games in the wind tunnel.
SELF-MADE ROBOTS (HOURLY)
Turn toothbrushes and mobile phone motors into dancing robots that you can take home!
DIAPER SNOW (HOURLY)
Nappies hide little wonders, which, with a little patience and water, reveal their true greatness as super absorbents.
COLDER THAN ICE (HOURLY)
Spoons screech, walls of mist billow, and witches' potions bubble!
RULERS OF LIGHTNING (HOURLY)
With special Tesla coils, you can experience high voltage for yourself!
IN-HOUSE ZOO (HOURLY)
Observe and touch invertebrates. Watch the axolotl and reptiles show their best sides. They are also the subject of many stories.
FIRE SHOW (HOURLY)
Stone, steel and sparks! Self-extinguishing fire, fire-extinguishing exercises, and flame colouring!
