Kunsthistorisches Museum Vienna – Imperial Treasury Vienna
Discover precious jewels and insignia from more than thousand years of European history in the world's most significant treasury: here, in the oldest part of the Imperial Palace (13th century), you will find not only the medieval Imperial Crown of the Holy Roman Empire and the crown from 1602, which later became the Crown of the Austrian Empire, but also parts of the Burgundian Treasure from the 15th century, as well as the treasure of the Order of the Golden Fleece and precious items from the possessions of the Habsburg family, among them a 'unicorn' almost two and a half metres long and the Holy Lance.
