Kunsthistorisches Museum – Neue Hofburg

The Collection of Historic Musical Instruments is the world’s most important collection of Renaissance and Baroque instruments, as well as numerous instruments that were played by famous musicians and composers.

The Imperial Armoury is one of the most diverse and best-documented collections of its kind in the Western world. Members of nearly all European dynasties from the 15th to the early 20th century are represented in the collection with pieces of arms and armour.

The Ephesos Museum showcases the grandeur and splendour of ancient Ephesos. Located in present-day Turkey, Ephesos was one of the most important cities of antiquity and an important centre of the Mediterranean region. It was here that the Artemis Temple, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, stood.
